EPIS Newman
EPIS provides group excursions and activities both in and away from the centres. Clients can enjoy trips out of town to waterholes, rivers and larger towns to allow them to engage in activities such as fishing, camp fires and bush medicine. Inside activities are organised when the weather is conducive. These might include painting, arts and crafts, gentle exercise, music, bingo, board games and yarning about old photos.

Our BlueCare services can support carers through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer support programs and services are designed to give relief to carers by offering support when and where it is needed the most.
Men's Group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

The 4 City of Marion Neighbourhood Centres offer a variety of social groups, lunches, men's groups, activities, information sessions, culturally specific groups (Italian, Greek, Polish, Persian, Café 94) and exercise classes (for all fitness levels) and transport. Supporting your independence, wellbeing and social connections.
Logan Central Respite Centre -
LCRC provides respite care, social support and activities in Centre Activities include Indoor Bowls, Bingo, Board Games, Pool, Craft, Information Sessions and Gentle exercise programs Entertainers visit on a regularly We have a Art and Music Therapist on Staff . A Hairdresser visits twice a month . Clients are taken on outings to local clubs and parks, beaches, etc when weather permitting. Transport is provided to and from the centre by Respite bus that is equipped with wheelchair hoist. Morning tea and lunch are provided Special dietary needs are observed. A quiet area with a bed and reclining chairs are available for clients to rest if they wish. We have a purpose built outside area with walking paths and raised garden beds. Respite is offered Inhome, to assist shopping outings and appointments and other activities to give the carers a break
Our centre bus can pick up and drop off in Logan Central areas, Crestmead, Wateford West, Marsden, Woodridge and Kingston.
