Men's Group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

At Uniting's Canley Vale group, you'll enjoy connecting with your local Vietnamese community in association with the Vietnamese Elderly Friendship Association (VEFA). Our Tuesday group runs from 10am - 1.30pm with light refreshments provided. For a small fee we can transport you to and from the centre and provide a meal.

City of Whittlesea - Social Support Group - Elders Motivated and Deadly (EMAD)
Service is for people residing in the City of Whittlesea municipality.
This service provides an opportunity for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to participate in cultural activities and maintain community connections.
Programs are designed to develop, maintain & support social interaction & independent living.
Activities are planned to support & promote the cultural, physical, cognitive & emotional well-being of participants. Elders attend a range of community gatherings and events.
There is a charge to attend the program depending on your income.
