谁能为我提供支持?

在通话过程中,家人、朋友或看护人可以陪在您身边。如果您允许,他们也可以代表您讲话。

如果您希望有人能长期代表您发言和办理事务,则可任命他们为代表与 My Aged Care联系。这将允许My Aged Care与他们谈论您的老年护理服务。

权益宣导服务

您也可以通过Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN)获得权益宣导者的帮助。在征得您同意的情况下,该宣导者也可以代表您与My Aged Care 联系。
