Short-term help

Short-term care services are available in the home or in an aged care home setting. To find out if you need an assessment and if you are eligible for short-term help services, call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

After-hospital care

After-hospital care (also known as transition care) is available if you are recovering from an accident or illness, including after a hospital stay.
