The program is designed to support seniors who face difficulties in accessing services they need. The program aims to give people from diverse backgrounds the services of their choice.
AMCS Program coordinators are the first point of contact for assisting people to access services. As part of their role they provide information and develop effective links as well as establishing trust with CALD communities and their carers. We are the link between the client or carer and the service provider. Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) is a not-for-profit community care organisation providing services to older people and their carers for 40 years.
