Access and Support Aboriginal Northern Health
Service to support people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait (ATSI) access CHSP and HACC PYP services in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Our Aboriginal Access and Support Worker will meet with clients in their home, in community settings or at the hospital. Our worker is well engaged within the Aboriginal Community and has great knowledge of available services and how to access them.
This is a free service.
