Guide Dogs SA/NT provides a specialist vision service for children and adults with vision loss or blindness, enabling independence, participation and inclusion.
Our experienced specialist team of Occupational Therapists and Orientation and Mobility experts conduct clinical functional assessments and develop individual programs led by Client lifestyle and goals. Subsequent agreed vision related Occupational Therapy or Orientation and Mobility training can occur at home or in the community.
Occupational Therapy - programs designed to assist people with vision impairment to overcome challenges they may experience in daily living activities
Orientation & Mobility - training programs to support safe, dignified, independent travel for people with vision loss of blindness

Care at Home provides Diabetes Education and a Continence Service for people living in the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges Shire. Our Diabetes Nurse Educators and Continence Nurse Consultants, all offer specialised comprehensive assessments, management and treatment to meet the client's goals of care. We offer home visits or clients can attend an appointment at one of our five CHRH campuses (Kyneton, Daylesford, Clunes, Creswick, Trentham)

Vision Australia provides a full range of services and supports to people who are blind or have low vision. Our services support you with techniques for reading including use of computers; advice and training to remain independent in the home and with personal care, and training on strategies to help move about safely and accessing public transport and more; and services to help you connect with others.
