Geelong West Café Care Connect is a group for carers and the person they are caring for to spend some fun time together in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Hobsons Bay Aged Services
Social support groups provide recreational and social activities in a purpose built centre. Our friendly team provide support with transport, personal care, mobility and assist you to remain active. Groups run every week day and cater for different needs, interests and backgrounds- we will help you find a group that suits your needs. Transport (minivan) is included and the meals are provided.
Mentis Assist
Planned Activity Groups in Mornington, Frankston and Dromana.
Monday: Frankston Art Group- located at the Frankston Library, 'Long Room'- No Transport, bring your own project along to work on. 1pm- 2.30pm
Tuesday: Frankston social support group- Alternating Outings and on Venue program. Transport (Bus) included. 9.30am-1.30pm
Thursday: Fortnightly Shopping Group - outing to Karingal Shopping Centre. Transport provided. 9.30am - 1.30pm
Thursday: Fortnightly Shopping Group - outing to Rosebud Plaza. Transport provided. 9.30am - 1.30pm
Friday: Dromana Social Support group. Alternating Outings and on Venue program. Transport provided.
integratedliving Northern (TAS)
Virtual Wellness Services provides participants with the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to comfortably navigate the online world in a fully supported environment. Technology then becomes an enabling tool to build client confidence to use technology and remain connected via the online world. Participants will receive an ipad and access to education sessions to learn the skills to safely and successfully navigate and utilise the internet as well as gaining access to a wide variety of social and activity sessions designed to improve social, cognitive, physical, and mental wellbeing. The program is designed for people that have little to no technology or internet skills.

The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.

At Each our social activity groups provide a safe and inviting place to get together with others experiencing the same things as you. We have interesting and varied activities and always welcome new ideas from our participants.
Our friendly staff and participants love to welcome new people to our groups.
The Finnish Friendly Visiting Service
Our Social Support Groups are Finnish CALD specific services, catering for Finnish linguistic or cultural needs. Our social activities are tailored to the interests and needs of older people from the Finnish communities or of similar backgrounds.
We meet every Monday at the Finnish Hall in Altona. On the first Monday of the month we welcome our east group for a big gathering called “Aivoriihi”
Our groups also go on community outings to places of interests, for picnics, to restaurants and for special cultural events. All programs include meals, freshly cooked. Program fees are kept to a minimum
Community bus available for transport, subject to capacity.
Joining a Social Support Group with the Finnish Friendly Visiting Service is a very warm and welcoming experience. Please contact us for more details.
Southern Shoalhaven Social Support Groups
Social Support Groups are held fortnightly on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and operate from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. Morning tea, lunch and dessert are provided. Members benefit from the company of others whilst engaging in a varied program of interesting activities, craft, guest speakers and occasional outings. Transport can be arranged if required through Community Transport.
