This group targets Elderly people over 65 years of age or above who still active and their carer. Services include: fun & health activities, information sessions, cheap meal and transport.

We are a local organisation providing seniors the chance to create meaningful social connections in a supported, friendly environment with trained staff. We provide reliable and accessible transport to and from the Group accompanied by a trained staff member at all times. There is a delicious morning tea and a chance to catch up with your friends to start the day followed by a fun planned activity, which includes music, light exercise, armchair travel, brain games, topical discussion, interesting & informative presentations, local outings and more! We provide a substantial, freshly cooked lunch and can cater for all dietary requirements. We welcome people with dementia and all activities can be tailored to meet individual needs. Our two purpose-built Centres are safe, accessible and comfortable. Our Groups also give Carers much needed Respite. Our BlueCare services can support carers through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer support programs and services
are designed to give relief to carers by offering support when and where it is needed the most.

We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.
