Uniting can help you with everything, from the big things to the everyday. At our Bondi Junction Centre, we offer a range of activities for culturally diverse clients and those living with dementia.

At Regis, we understand that sometimes carers and their loved ones need a break. Our range of group social activities focus on wellness and social connection, and are delivered in an engaging environment by our local, experienced and qualified team members.
Bateau Bay Multicultural Seniors Health & Wellness Centre-Hunter Multicultural Communities
The Multicultural Health & Wellness Centre's Program is designed to provide a range of culturally appropriate activities and social support, inform and empower seniors from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background to make informed choices about continuing to live at home independently. Our three course meals, cooked and served in a friendly and culturally harmonious environment, assist clients to maintain their nutritional needs. Additionally, a wide range of activities and information sessions organised and presented in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, helps improve client wellbeing and reduces their social isolation. Our centres cater for diverse multicultural communities. All services provided are person-centred and culturally appropriate. Our clients are encouraged to actively participate in creating and managing their own individual care plans.
Life Without Barriers - Mackay
Life Without Barriers is a national not-for-profit organisation providing care and support services across Australia. We started small, but we've grown to over 100 offices in Australia. We think local but draw on our wealth of experience to make sure local communities - from city suburbs to remote townships - receive the support and services that are right for them. Helping clients to retain their independence is key to our client directed care approach. At Life Without Barriers we know that getting older doesn't mean you should stop doing the things you enjoy or living the life of your choosing. We're here to help. Our Commonwealth Home Support Programme is tailored to assist you to remain living at home for as long as possible and to enable you to have choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided at your home.
City of Playford North Social Connections
Kookaburra Group Wednesdays Weekly 9am-2pm. Malpa Group Thursdays weekly, 9am-2pm. Activities include Entertainment, guest speakers, games, art and craft, regular community outings. All activities and outings are decided by group participants.

The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is a State Government organisation providing comprehensive health services to country West Australians.
WACHS spans 2.55 million square kilometres and is the largest country health system in Australia covering the whole of the State outside the metropolitan area.
Despite vast distances, WACHS provides health services to residents and visitors that include emergency and hospital services, population, public and primary health care, mental health, drug and alcohol services, Aboriginal health, child and community health and residential and community aged care services.
WACHS provides aged and community care services for older people across our communities, including aged care assessments, community care, residential aged care, subacute and acute care, and transitioning older people from hospital back into the community.
WACHS is a provider of CHSP services such as domestic assistance, personal care, meals and food services, and transport.

Carer Support Groups offer carers social and emotional support, an opportunity to share information and ideas and time out for carers. If you care for a family member or a friend who has a disability, mental illness, chronic condition, terminal illness or who are frail aged you may wish to become part of a support group.
