Day Clubs can be a breath of fresh air, getting you out and about and meeting new friends. Goodwin’s Day Club programs include pick-up, drop-off, morning tea and a hot lunch. Our coordinators organise various activities such as: group outings, BBQs and picnics, movies and shows, games, and more! It’s all within a supportive environment, with qualified, dedicated staff who love what they do.

Greek Welfare Centre SA - St Philothei
The 'KIPSELI' Program provides culturally appropriate care in a social support group setting held fortnightly, Tuesday from 11am-2pm at the Thebarton Community Centre, allowing individuals and their carers aged 65 years and over to develop, maintain and support their capacity for independent living and social interaction, thereby reducing anxiety and loneliness. Clients participate in a range of group activities to keep both the mind and body active. Various guest speakers are also invited to discuss and promote health, wellbeing and safety. Some transport assistance may be provided to eligible clients. RSVP is essential for catering purposes.
Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra, Pukapukan Social Support Group
The program provides assistance to older people from Pukapukan background to attend and participate in especially designed group activities. The program aims to maintain and improve their physical, social and psychological well being. The activities include: culturally appropriate meal, games and crafts, outings, activities based on individual needs, lifestyle support workshops and other culturally appropriate activities.
