The Kalkee Community Club is a centre and outing based social support program.
The Centre offers a range of dynamic social connection programs aimed at reducing isolation, promoting wellbeing, and assisting older people to make friends and engage with their community.
Our flexible social connection programs include: centre-based activities, community outings, home visits, transport to shopping and appointments all delivered by trained lifestyle staff.
A flexible range of carer support programs is also offered including: day respite for care recipients, carer groups, outings, retreats and short breaks. The care programs focus on independence and choice, allowing carer connection with their passions and interests, and also providing time out from caring roles.

Our Vietnamese and Chinese outing groups provides culturally specific social support to the diverse local community.
Kingsville AgeWell Centre’s welcoming environment has both quiet and social activity spaces to accommodate individual needs.

Uniting AgeWell - Noble Park AgeWell Centre
Southern Social Connections operates from Scott Club in Noble Park and Andrew Kerr Care in Mornington. Our programs aim to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing. Our programs include: centre-based activities, community outings, home visits, exercise groups, men’s activities, culturally specific activities, transport to shopping and appointments all delivered by trained lifestyle and allied health staff.
A flexible range of carer support programs is also offered including: day respite for care recipients, carer groups, outings, retreats and short breaks. The carer programs focus on independence and choice, allowing carer connection with their passions and interests, and also providing time out from caring roles. Both Centre’s welcoming and dementia-friendly environment offer many spaces to accommodate individual needs , including reading spaces, activity and social rooms, safe outdoor spaces.

Uniting AgeWell Brighton offers a range of dynamic social support programs aimed at reducing isolation, promoting wellbeing, and assisting older people to make friends and cultivating strong community connections.
Our flexible social programs include centre-based activities and community outings, delivered by trained lifestyle and allied health staff including a qualified art therapist. The activity program is designed with a strong focus on independence and choice, connecting clients to their passions and interests, and giving carers time out from their caring role.
A fortnightly Chinese outing group provides culturally specific social support to the diverse local community.

South East Social Connection is a community program that operates from the Forest Hill AgeWell Centre, with a 2nd site run from Orana Neighbourhood house. Both Centres offer a range of dynamic social connection programs aimed at reducing isolation, promoting wellbeing, and assisting older people to make friends and engage with their community. Programs include: centre-based activities, community outings, home visits, exercise groups, men’s activities, music, culturally specific activities, transport to shopping and appointments all delivered by trained lifestyle and allied health staff.

Resthaven Community Services - Northern (Gawler & Barossa)
Enjoyable social activities in a group, out of the client’s home and in, or from, a community setting. Working with the client, we develop activities based on preferred and stated interests, hobbies and abilities: bringing together people with a common interest, to participate together. Staff and volunteers are trained in supporting people living with dementia. Some activities are tailored to support people with dementia to retain skills, and to participate at the level they are most confident and comfortable with. Programmes include group-based activities that promote physical activity, good thinking and socialisation: social club (bus trips). Activities are flexible depending on interests and skills people bring to the group. Centre-based activities currently held at Elizabeth. Transport to and from the venue and personal assistance may be provided, depending on the person's circumstances.
