If you are caring for someone experiencing dementia or memory loss, ECH Day Programs can allow you to take a well-earned break.
The person you care for can attend the Day Program while you are at work or attending an appointment, taking some quality time for
yourself or spending the day with family or friends.
Or if you feel socially isolated and would like a day out with a hot lunch and an opportunity to connect with other people from your local community, you are also welcome to join an ECH Day Program.
ECH Day Programs run from Monday to Friday at various locations across Adelaide.
Trained staff. Variety and fun.
Experienced staff ensure that each person’s interests and abilities are catered for.
Different activities such as playing cards or billiards, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, woodwork, gentle exercise programs, music and dancing are available.
