Newmarch House
Newmarch House is located in the Nepean residential suburb of Kingswood, adjacent to Anglicare’s Caddens retirement living village. Since opening in 2012, the site has been welcomed in the community and is home to 102 residents. The innovative building design means residents have access to a range of recreational, social and health services within areas which encourages a neighbourhood feel.
Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, dementia-friendly spaces and respite and palliative care. The wide hallways, natural light and access to the outdoor terraces provides a relaxed atmosphere.
Newmarch House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
Anglican Care Bishop Tyrrell Place
Bishop Tyrrell Place is a residential aged care home providing accommodation for 75 residents of varying levels of care, including general, dementia specific and respite care.
Architecturally designed, the home offers the very best in modern features and conveniences. Based on an innovative design, the building takes advantage of the delightful rural and garden views available. Additionally, the home incorporates a "Care Farm". A first for the Manning area, the goal of the care farm is to improve residents' quality of life by providing an opportunity to engage with nature and animals in a safe and nurturing way. Helping Hand Aged Care - Mawson Lakes Facility
Helping Hand Mawson Lakes is a welcoming and friendly home, where residents can enjoy thoughtfully finished areas along with beautifully landscaped courtyards. The café, lifestyle team, volunteers, allied health team, BBQ area, gift shop, internet café, library and hair salon add to the friendly community at Mawson Lakes. All rooms are private, with a private ensuite; and the memory support unit offers specialised care for people living with dementia. All meals, including modified meals, are prepared fresh on site with seasonal menus overseen by a nutritionist and planned by Mawson Lakes’ chef. The home is centrally located in the heart of Mawson Lakes close to the main street shopping precinct and public transport.
Margaret Hubery House
Nestled within the peaceful, riverside neighbourhood of Rossmoyne, Margaret Hubery House provides accommodation and support to 65 residents in a quality contemporary setting.
Our beautiful home is located only 500m from the Canning River and is conveniently situated 800 metres from Rossmoyne Village.
We have specially designed rooms for dining, activities, socialising and family visits. Residents can enjoy delicious meals from a chef designed menu and with advanced notice are encouraged to invite family members to dine with them.
With 24 hours a day nursing care, the facility ensures the highest standard of care for all our residents.
Margaret Hubery House also provides short-term respite accommodation, which can be an important step in a smooth transition of a care recipient into permanent residency.
Juniper Ella Williams
Juniper Ella Williams is located in Noranda and has 66 single rooms each with an ensuite across 3 houses.
One house provides general care with two houses providing secure dementia care. Each house has access to their own dining room, various lounge and activity areas along with a therapy room, and a small café

Brightwater Oxford Gardens
Located in Joondalup, Brightwater Oxford Gardens provides high quality care for people with a range of different needs, including those with advanced dementia and high care needs. The recently renovated home comfortably accommodates 61 people, with private rooms and one shared room across four individual houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors. You will be supported by our caring staff, plus have access to our own team of allied health professionals, including physios, OTs, podiatrists and social workers. Our therapy assistants run a range of activities for you to enjoy, held in our clubhouse. Plus at Brightwater Oxford Gardens, you will have a choice of tasty and nutritious meal options approved by our speech pathologists and dietitians.
Reynella Lodge
Reynella Village Residential Living features a wide range of indoor and outdoor areas for residents and their families to enjoy. They include several communal lounges and dining areas, a library, designated activity rooms, an enclosed courtyard, atrium activity hall, and a hairdresser.
Our resident rooms are in small groups of 12-15 with a shared dining area where they enjoy meals from an á la carte menu cooked on-site. Rooms are designed to maximise natural light and offer garden or street views. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own chairs, pictures and small mementos and make it individual, homely and familiar.
Residents are encouraged to maintain contact with their existing external communities and clubs wherever possible and Life Care helps to facilitate this. There are also regular social outings and activities on site, including external excursions.
