Located on the Mid-North Coast in beautiful Forster, Star of the Sea is a pleasant environment where each guest receives individual support, care and attention. Clients, carers and guests and encouraged to utilise the onsite facilities, or can take part in the planned events in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.

Cottage respite provides overnight respite in our cottages, catering for short respite breaks for Carers. Cottage Respite is designed to support small groups of care recipients at each stay, staffed 24/7 with qualified dementia respite staff. Our respite cottages give you the peace of mind of knowing your loved one is being cared for in a relaxed, home-like environment, while you take time out for yourself. We offer 24-hour support, freshly prepared meals, and the flexibility to stay overnight, a few nights mid-week or on weekends.
