Community Transport - Lismore, Kyogle, Richmond Valley (HART Services)
HART Services provide high quality transport services for eligible people who are transport disadvantaged living in the Lismore, Kyogle, Richmond Valley and surrounding areas. Services include transport for:
>> medical / health and other important appointments,
>> shopping & access buses,
>> social buses, buses are wheelchair accessible and there is room for wheelie walkers)
>> Visiting vouchers for travel by taxi can be issued for special purposes.
Our services include an Aboriginal Transport Program (ATP) with specific services to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people. ATP works closely with the communities of Muli Muli, Jubullum, Box Ridge / Coraki and Bonalbo.
HART Services is a is a recognised ‘LGBTI Safe Place’ that is welcoming, supportive and actively engaged with its local LGBTI community.

Our care team provide door to door safe and reliable elderly transport options to help you get to where you want to go. This includes going to social activities and community events, doing your banking and shopping, traveling to and from medical appointments, and visiting family and friends.
Good Neighbour Council Launceston Inc. Day Centre
SENIOR MIGRANTS 65 years and over and registered for CHSP services. Transport is provided to attend Group Support at the Day Centre on a Friday 10.00am - 2.00pm at the Greek Community Hall, 2 Norwich Street, South Launceston. Transport is also provided for GNC members accessing Individual Support. Client contribution is $5.00 per transport session.
