CHSP Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Diabetes Education, Dietetics, Counselling, Drug & Alcohol counselling, to assist older adults live healthier, happier, more engaged and independent lives.

Group programs to support health and wellbeing include Tai Chi, Relaxation, Pilates, Strength Training, Better Balance, Gentle Exercise and Hydrotherapy. Please note that these group programs require a physiotherapy assessment to ensure your safety.

Our experienced team of health professionals work as part of an integrated team to coordinate care plans tailored to individual needs.

Services are available face-to-face at our sites and via Telehealth (phone or video consultation) with home visits offered for some services.
Central Bayside Community Health Services services people living in the City of Kingston, and has sites at Parkdale, Chelsea and Clarinda.
Occupational Therapy services are delivered in the person's home.

Podiatry available at Wauchope Community Health Centre 69 High Street, WAUCHOPE NSW 2446 Ph: 6580 8060 The MNCLHD Hastings Macleay Podiatry service targets care towards the prevention or treatment of high risk foot pathologies including ulcers, wounds and diabetic foot complications. Referrals to this service can only be made by your GP, Specialist, Diabetes Educator or Community Nurse (MNCLHD). The Podiatry service does not provide routine nail care or treatment for minor foot complaints such as corns or callus.
Podiatry clinics operate through the Community Health centres located at Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Laurieton, Wauchope and South West Rocks. A targeted Indigenous clinic is offered in conjunction with Durri AMS at Kempsey.
