-Paediatric services for developmental delays, sensory processing conditions
-Assessment of cognition and management strategies
-Assistance with discharge planning from the acute ward/ transition care program

Northern District Community Health Service - Kerang
The Occupational Therapists visit people in their home and complete an assessment to identify any activities they may be having difficulty with. The OT can recommend and prescribe aids, equipment or home modifications which may help the person to keep living safely and independently in their home. Can also include equipment for post-operative or injury cases.
