Group program: Buried In Treasures, 16-week evidenced based self-help group that assists people who would like to learn tips on how to de-clutter, improving home safety and spaces. A safe place to explore and discuss the issues of having too many possessions in the home.
Group program: BITS group (Buried in Treasures Support) is a monthly welcoming, on-going peer support environment for any person for whom too much clutter is having an impact - 1st Tuesday every month 1-3pm in Ringwood.

Nutrition & Dietetics - Lower North Shore
Community dietitians provide a range of nutrition services including dietary assessment and specialist dietary advice aimed towards the prevention of malnutrition, improving nutritional status and therapeutic management of many chronic diseases and conditions.
Specialist nutrition advice will be provided to clients and/or their carers to address issues such as inadequate oral intake, unintentional weight loss or weight gain and provide special diet plans to manage their condition/symptoms. For example diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, kidney disease and dialysis, food and nutrition advice for dementia and chronic diseases.
Recommendations may include diet modification, nutrition plans, including oral nutrition supplements and enteral feeds to the client and their carers. Interpreters are available if required.
Northern District Community Health Service - Boort
The Occupational Therapists visit people in their home and complete an assessment to identify any activities they may be having difficulty with. The OT can recommend and prescribe aids, equipment or home modifications which may help the person to keep living safely and independently in their home. Can also include equipment for post-operative or injury cases.
