At Regis Health and Wellness Centre in Port Coogee, we offer personalised, high-quality Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services to encourage independent living and to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. Designed to meet your individual needs, our services, based on principles of restoration and reablement, assist you to improve your strength, balance, mobility and coordination. We offer 1:1 Physiotherapy support and have a range of classes tailored to your individual needs. Our programs can help you to recover from injury, manage ongoing medical conditions and to avoid falls to help you maintain your independence while living at home. Classes are delivered within a fun and social environment by our passionate, experienced and qualified employees. Occupational Therapy is available in home for minor home modifications and equipment provision to support independence

Cultura - Healthy Living Centre
Our Wellness programs provide opportunities to engage with others to enhance physical and mental wellbeing with active programs to suit individual capacity and abilities. (I) Strength and Balance - Progressive physiotherapist-led strengthening program for adults over 65 to improve mobility, balance, and quality of life and reduce pain from osteoarthritic symptoms in a group-based session. An initial and ongoing physiotherapist assessment is included with the program. Every Friday 10.30 AM - 12.00 PM - no transport provided. (II) Mind-Body-Moves - Group program focusing on Gentle Chair based exercises to increase strength and mental/physical wellbeing. An initial physiotherapist assessment is included with the program before starting. Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10.30 AM - 12.00 PM - no transport provided
Community Health - Nambour
Community Health Physiotherapists develop home based therapy programs for people with reduced levels of function especially around mobility, strength and balance often as a result of acute and/or chronic illness with the aim to restore function and independence. Advice regarding ongoing management of chronic illness affecting physical health for example neuromuscular, cardiac and respiratory disease can also be provided. Mobility equipment including wheeled walking aids and wheelchairs can be prescribed for clients through MASS.
Exclusions include conditions requiring hands on therapy.
