Being socially active is essential to maintaining good mental health and wellbeing. We can help you stay connected with your family and friends, so you can continue to do the things you love.
Our care team provides elderly social support that can help you indulge in your favourite hobby, visit family and friends, and even try something new. We offer a range of services so you can stay involved in your community and maintain your independence.
Activities can include visiting a café for a coffee or go shopping, attending local community events like football games, theatre, or other spiritual activities with like minded people, and helping you spend time with your friends at home.
We also have a number of dedicated social centres designed to bring people together and to help you connect with others. You can choose to spend one-on-one time with your care team or join a group activity with others.
