Social Support provided individually is flexible to the needs of each client and can be provided in the community or in a client’s home. Social Support services available from us include one on one assistance with shopping and bill paying or to attend appointments. If you live alone, or have few community connections, a regular phone call from one of our staff may suit you. The calls can help you connect, learn about supports available to you, or just offer a regular friendly chat. We aim to provide a flexible and responsive service through Social Support and are happy to speak to clients, carers or family members about how we can best support you.
