We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.

Australian Red Cross - Social Support (Visiting) - ACT
From a cup of tea in the garden to watching a match at the local sports club, our Visiting program is all about bringing people together to connect and share experiences.
When you sign up for the program, we’ll match you with a local Australian Red Cross volunteer with similar interests. They’ll come to visit you every week or fortnight. These visits can take place at home, in town, or at any other venue that suits you both.
