Eating a well-balanced and nutritious diet is essential to maintaining your health. However, you may find it physically challenging to prepare your own meals or you may have difficulty finding the motivation to cook for yourself.
How we support you
To ensure you remain physically fit for as long as possible, Catholic Community Services provide a number of options to help you eat well.
You may like to have a companion help you in the kitchen so meal preparation becomes fun again or you may wish to have your meals delivered to your home. Alternatively, you might like the opportunity to join others for a meal and companionship. Catholic Community Services’ allied health professionals can provide you with advice and guidance on nutrition and diet if this is important to you.
