My Aged Care website tools will be upgraded during the following times and dates to reflect the new Aged Care Act, starting 1 November 2025.
11pm Thursday 30 October – 10:30pm Friday 31 October (AEDT):

10:30pm Friday 31 October – 12:01am Saturday 1 November (AEDT):
My Aged Care website information relating to the new Act comes into effect in your state or territory on 1 November 2025.
12:01am Saturday 1 November – 9am Monday 3 November (AEDT):
- Make a referral
- Apply online
- Find a Provider.
The My Aged Care Online Account and Service and Support portal will also be unavailable from 11pm Thursday 30 October – 9am 3 November (AEDT).
