Our Occupational Therapists work with adults experiencing difficulties maintaining or achieving independence in daily life activities. We aim to promote wellbeing and independence - enabling people to stay in their own home and access their local community.

Our experienced team of health professionals work as part of an integrated team to coordinate care plans tailored to individual needs.

Services are available face-to-face (home visit) and via Telehealth (phone or video consultation).
