In the ‘Your profile’ section of your Online Account, you can view and update your contact information and personal details or change how you are contacted by My Aged Care.
You can update information such as address, contact number, and email. You can also change your contact preferences, including whether you wish to be notified of important matters by email or SMS. Select the pencil icon next to anything you wish to change. Once you've made your changes, remember to save them.
This guide shows you how to use the ‘Your profile’ section of your Online Account to manage your aged care, or support others.
