Short-term Restorative Care (STRC) is an eight-week program designed to help clients recover from injury or illness, improve their wellbeing, and help them stay independent. As a client, you will work with a team of health professionals to work out what you want to achieve and the best ways to get there.

To be eligible, you must be slowing down mentally and/or physically, need help with everyday tasks, and want to stay independent. This program is ideal for you if you would like to improve your health and wellbeing, or would like assistance to recover from an injury or illness.
