BallyCara has extensive experience in delivering wellness and restorative health programs. Short-term restorative care is an 8-week program designed to help you improve your well-being, regain independence, avoid long-term care, and achieve your passions. We respect that you know what you want to achieve and our role is to coach you along your journey and link with your ongoing support network to ensure it is achievable and appropriate. Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) is a new program designed to help you improve your overall personal wellbeing and help you remain independent.
In consultation with your GP, Suncare delivers STRC over an eight-week period and can be in the comfort of your own home.
The program is designed to get you back on your feet, to help get you moving and to feel strong, healthy and happy.
There are a wide range of services available designed to meet your individual needs, including:

• GP or geriatrician advice and medical care
