Bethanie Community Care - South West
Bethanie can provide services under a range of government funded programs including Home and Community Care (HACC), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP), or on a fee for service basis. The Bethanie team is trusted by clients and families to support them to age well in their homes and to remain connected to their community. Services can meet everyday care and clinical needs, such as nursing and therapy services, house cleaning, laundry, gardening, shopping, transport and home maintenance. Bethanie work collaboratively with clients to enable them to live active lives and pursue their interests individually or on a group basis.
