A medical specialist is also available to people with complex issues. They can help you to learn how to control your bladder and bowel better and also to access government funding to buy continence products such as pads, catheters and underwear.

Continence advisory service- Provides advice and education for people of all ages who experience bladder and / or bowel control issues. Cardiac rehabilitation - An eight-week program, recognised by the National Heart Foundation, provides an education & rehabilitation program for clients who have suffered a cardiac event and for their partners. The program includes a moderate individual exercise program and a related health-topic presentation. Falls Prevention Program – the program is designed to help people who feel they may be at risk of falling or have suffered falls already to feel more confident and remain independent and upright.
