Fronditha Care - Specialised Supports Services Client Advocacy
Fronditha Care’s Advocacy and System Navigation program is tailored for people aged 65+, live in the Southern Metropolitan Region and have a culturally and linguistically diverse background. Our specialty is assisting people from a Greek background who may experience particular difficulties in negotiating a complex service system and accessing services that will appropriately meet their needs.
A qualified and experienced care consultant will work with and support you to access services which will be best suited to your current needs and aspirations.
The Program works with people with unmet health needs who are eligible for services through My Aged Care.
This service is funded by the Commonwealth Government.
