We currently offer home-based Dementia Advisory Service for older people living in the Southern metropolitan region of Melbourne. The aim is to support people with dementia and their carers with information and practical day-to-day advice to help them manage the changes that dementia brings. You are eligible for the service if you or your loved one live in the region, are 65 or above, and living with dementia. For more information, please call us on 1300 478 776.
