Access and Support - Macedonian Community Welfare Association
he Access & Support program offers individual support to CHSP eligible people who require assistance accessing CHSP services due to barriers experienced because of their diverse needs.
This program has a focus on culturally and linguistically diverse people but will not exclude other people with diverse needs. This includes frail elderly people or younger people with a disability who are experiencing difficulties managing daily tasks and wish to continue living at home.
The program aims to assist people who are having problems accessing services due to cultural and linguistic diversity, people experiencing memory loss or dementia, living in remote or isolated areas, people experiencing financial disadvantage including those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
