Activities provided includes: Tai Chi, Dancing- popular dance genres ( Rock & Roll Lessons, New Vouge, Tap, Ballet for Seniors) Mah-jong, Table Tennis, 8 Ball, Scrabble, Cards, Darts, Bingo, French, Yoga, Pilates, Guitar, Ukulele, Needlework, Cardmaking crafts, Indoor Bowls.
HammondCare - Central Coast Social Clubs
The River Oak Social Club provides a variety of activities and outings in a friendly and caring environment for the frail aged and people with dementia to encourage social interaction and support carers.

We have a particular commitment to dementia care and research as well as to people who are financially disadvantaged.
Ella Aged Day Centre
The Aged Day Centre provides social support to those who are socially isolated in the community. The program provides stimulation with a focus on well – being and reablement, the opportunities to make new friends and engage with others through social activities and outings. All Social programs for the frail aged and Dementia Specific are provided with transport to and from the Centre in The Ella Centre's large Commuter Bus (with wheelchair access). The program often participates in activities in the community and monthly outings to venues within the Sydney region. Morning tea, hot lunch and afternoon tea are provided every day. Cost is $18.00 per session and $24.00 for outings. Fees can be negotiated for any experiencing financial hardship

Meals on Wheels SA - Edwardstown
These services focus on providing meaningful food and dining experiences to support social connection and wellbeing. Groups include, but are not limited to:
• Meals on Wheels branch lunches - MOW Customers can enjoy their regular Meals on Wheels SA lunch at their local branch with the company of other branch customers. An opportunity to meet the volunteers who prepare and deliver their meals.
• Coffee at the café or lunch at the pub - Customers are invited to meet at the local café or pub and enjoy the company of others whilst having a meal.
• Physical activity and lunch group - Customers can participate in a physical activity session specifically designed to meet the needs of older people, then stay on after the session to enjoy their Meals on Wheels lunch together.
• Cooking and food preparation classes - In a fun and safe environment, customers are assisted to prepare a shared meal, learn about food, the importance of good nutrition and food safety
