BASScare Social Support Services
BASScare run social outings to a variety of venues, gardens, galleries and other locations of interest around the greater Melbourne region. These include day trips on Tuesdays and Fridays and a Blokes outing Monday fortnightly. A great way to stay active and socialise with other people.

Vision Australia provides telephone, centre based activities as well as excursions to support people with vision impairment to continue socialising and stay involved in hobbies, interests and sports. Participants meet according to shared interests or needs.
St Johns Community Care - Gordonvale
Long Day Program 9am till 6pm allows carers for people with dementia and/or neurological disease to be cared for whilst the carer participates in employment, volunteering and/or study/other activities.

Uniting Social Support Northern Region (Previously Wesley Mission)
Wesley’s Social Support Groups bring people together to enjoy each other’s company, make new connections in the community, and also give carers a break. Activities and outings promote independence, wellness, and celebrate different cultures. Recent groups have enjoyed outings to the movies, social lunches, and trips to the coast and mountains. We’d love to hear about what you’d like to do!
Our Telelink program connects people for regular group telephone conversations on over 20 different topics of interest. We’d love to hear what topics you enjoy talking about!
Wesley provides a range of social support programs across Melbourne, aiming to enhance social connections, independence and wellbeing.
