Girls on the Go, Men on the Move, Legends on the Loose.These programs provide an opportunity to go out into the community and socialise with others with similar interests. Entry and lunch fee's are additional cost to the client.

ITSOWEL - ITALIAN SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANISATION, BALGOWNIE SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP
The service caters for persons from a culturally diverse background, with an emphasis on ITALIAN speaking persons and all activities are delivered in a manner which is culturally appropriate. All staff are fully trained with cultural expertise and able to speak ITALIAN . A hot, culturally appropriate meal is provided. Transport to and from the client's home.

Port Lincoln Aboriginal Aged Care
We provide an environment that is culturally specific to Aboriginal/and or Torres Strait Islander people. It is a space where our clients come and sew (sewing machines are available along with a sewing teacher) and gather together and share their stories. We have a meal that is provided at the centre. Transport is available if this is required.

Carers support
Our BlueCare services can support carers through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer support programs and services are designed to give relief to carers by offering support when and where it is needed the most.
Men's group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community.
Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.
HART Services - Buses, Social and Shopping
HART Services provides a variety of Social and Shopping Buses throughout the Northern Rivers.
SHOPPING BUSES
Enjoy a door to door service where you are picked up from home and returned to your door with friendly assistants to carry your groceries for you.
You may shop independently or receive some assistance if desired. A choice of Shopping Buses to:
Lismore Square, Lismore Central weekly; Around town Lismore 'Flexi Friday' fortnightly; Coraki to Lismore fortnightly; Around town Casino weekly; Around town Kyogle weekly.
SOCIAL BUSES
Enjoy a lovely unhurried trip in the countryside visiting places of interest and reasonably priced venues for morning tea and lunches.
There are a variety of social outing opportunities in both large and small groups:
Monthly mixed social outings; Monthly Men's outings, Fortnightly Women's outings; Carers Outings and Shorter outings for those who may have difficulty with a full day.
RangeCare - Flaxton
Bringing people together for social and cultural activities including outings to local events. Morning tea and lunch provided at the centre which operates 4 days a week. Option of transport for those within the Maleny to Mapleton Region. We also offer a range of small group healthy lifestyle activities including Aquarobics, conversation, Life story writing, Gym Classes & Shopping.

(1) Arabic Speaking Group: 9.00am - 2.00pm: 2nd Wednesday - Group activities at the hall
8.30am - 3.30pm: 1st Wednesday + 3rd & 4th Thursdays outdoor activities at outings.
(2) Vietnamese Speaking Group: 9.00am - 2.00pm: every Friday - Group activities at the hall
8.30am-3.30pm: 3rd Monday - outdoor activities on outings
Group activities include multicultural cooking demonstration on occasions
-> Gentle exercises – Tai Chi, or/and dancing ->Fun games: stretch the brain - bingo, cards, dominoes & more. ->Guest speakers based on clients’ needs
->Information, advocate and referrals to assist clients living independently in their home and the community

Morning tea & a healthy cooked lunch provided with a fee of $5.00/client/day
Door-to-door transport on request for clients in Marrickville and Canterbury LGAs with a small fee of $5/one way or $8/return trip
