Our activities can differ across centres and are catered to each of our members’ interests and needs. They can include music and art and craft sessions ,BBQs and picnics, cooking and meal preparation, gardening, and light exercise classes. We can also offer guest speaker activities, community group events and social outings in the community.
You’re welcome to sit with us for tea and a casual chat, or join a group to share your favourite stories and interests with others.
We change our activities regularly so that you can benefit from a wide range of experiences with different people. Spending time at our centres can also give your carers time to rest and care for their needs.
