City of Sydney Community Centres
The City of Sydney Council has a range of community centres in its local government area. Locations include Cliff Noble Centre, Alexandria; Reginald Murphy Centre, Potts Point; Ron Williams Centre, Redfern; St Helens Centre, Glebe & Ultimo Community Centre. Each Centre has its own exercise & wellbeing activities like Zumba GOLD ©, gentle exercise, chair yoga, strength exercise classes, art & craft, sewing, acting, singing, computer help and bus trips. Computers, Wi-Fi, table tennis, sewing machines and snooker tables are free to use on the days the Centres are open. Free celebration events are held regularly for Seniors Festival, Refugee Week, R U OK? Day to name a few. A community worker is available to provide support and referrals and there are bi-lingual workers at Ultimo & Redfern who speak Mandarin & Cantonese. We accept referrals from the Department of Health South East Sydney Area.

Monash on the Move, our weekly door-to-door social outings program explores diverse destinations. Connect with new friends, enjoy the company of others and experience the joy of getting out and about.
Coffee and Shop with us! Experience the convenience of our door-to-door service, designed to provide a social catch-up with an opportunity to do some shopping.
Grand Buddies is located in Oakleigh South. This program is creating meaningful connections between our older residents and our centre-based 3-year-old kinder group, clients enjoy engaging activities and shared experiences.

Better Connected Community Services
Rockdale Community Services have bus outing groups. A variety of days out. Clients have pick up at their door to an exciting day out in the community. Examples include Bar B Ques and visits to parks and many and different locations around Sydney,. Then returned home at the end of an enjoyable day. Lunch
