Social activities - individual and group Social support assists clients to participate in community life and feel socially included though companionship and activities in their local communities. These activities can be group based at one of our centres or community excursions or individual support to complete shopping and bill paying activities.
Men's group
We have social groups for men, focused on keeping them socially engaged while enjoying activities at our centres or within the local community
Carer’s support
Our services can support Carer’s through respite programs and education programs to assist with managing the needs of the person they care for. Carer’s support programs and services
are designed to give relief to Carer’s by offering support when and where it is needed the most.
Vision Australia Kooyong
Vision Australia provides telephone, centre based activities as well as excursions to support people with vision impairment to continue socialising and stay involved in hobbies, interests and sports. Participants meet according to shared interests or needs.

Exercise Group - Richmond Seniors Hub Thursday 10.30 - 11.30am
A free balance and exercise class, suitable for individuals looking to build strength and flexibility. The group is taken by a qualified instructor with upbeat music, and uses dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercises to improve physical fitness.
The group are friendly and welcoming-new attendees are welcome to come and watch, or simply try a class and see if they like it.
This class is suitable for both seated and standing participants.
