Hastings Community Health Centre 185 High Street, Hastings Victoria. The program is designed to support individual needs within a group setting. There are specific days for people with dementia and also for people who are frail or have a disability. These programs provide stimulating activities which assist in maintaining independence in the community whilst providing carer support.
Other groups offer outings and centre based activities designed to maximise socialisation.

The Social Connections program provides social support to get out and about and build confidence to participate in local activities including the movies, coffee groups or for lunch. The program also provides information, referral and short-term support to help residents to improve their health and lifestyle, become more involved in the community, build on their social networks and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

Social Support Group - Camden District Activity Centre
Centre based day care for ageing, frail aged, those with a disability and younger people with a disability. Provide door to door transport, fitted with disability access, freshly prepared morning tea, lunch and dessert. provide social companionship and interaction including activities, outings, entertainment, guest speakers, carpet bowls and tenpin bowls, any many other activities.
City of Onkaparinga Kookaburra Club
The Kookaburra Club is a fun and welcoming social support program focusing on social interaction, friendships and wellbeing. Kookaburra Club offers monthly outings, entertainment, crafts, computer class, activities, and a men’s program within the Elizabeth House woodshed. A cooked nutritious meal is provided. Tuesdays 10.00am-3.00pm.
Cost: Contribution to cost of meals, transport and special events.
