Uniting AgeWell - Launceston AgeWell Centre
Our Sunnybrae Club, part of the Launceston AgeWell Centre, offers a range of services to enable older people to remain active and independent, and living in their own communities. We offer a friendly and welcoming environment where older people can meet to socialise with others, enjoy interesting activities or participate in health and wellbeing programs to maintain independence and community connection. Designed to meet an individual’s needs, the Sunnybrae Club operates once a week with a range of centre-based activities and community outings, designed to meet the needs and interests of the participants. Our Cottage Club, part of the AgeWell Centre in Mornington, is a vibrant and welcoming environment where weekly activities and outings enable older people to remain active and independent, living in their own communities and socially connected.
Our highly skilled team works closely with individuals and groups to help them achieve their personal goals.
The Cottage Club operates Monday to Friday, providing opportunities to meet new friends, try various activities, and give carers a break from their caring role.
