Branching Out: Planned Activity Group
Branching Out is a Planned Activity Group (PAG) available for eligible Stonnington residents who are seeking a supportive social activity program for individuals with complex care needs, as well as providing respite for their carers.
The program provides a structured day activity service, offering full or half day programs from Monday to Friday. Each day offers a specialist program to meet the particular needs of participating individuals. Each person receives a comprehensive activity assessment prior to the commencement of services which considers the appropriateness of social activities for the individual.
The PAG program is led by caring support staff who, through the activity program, encourage participants to maintain and enhance their living and social skills.
