Marco Polo Unanderra Care Services began as a joint venture between Marco Polo Retirement Village and Uniting Church Australia Property Trust (NSW)in 1989. Effective as of the 31st March 2008 the joint venture dissolved and Marco Polo Aged Care Services LTD became the approved provider (under the Aged Care Act 1997) of Marco Polo Unanderra Nursing Home, Cordeaux Lodge and 10 Italian specific Community Care Packages.

Located in Waikiki, Brightwater The Oaks is a peaceful, suburban home, providing high quality care for people with a range of different needs, including those with advanced dementia and high care needs. The recently renovated home comfortably accommodates 62 people, with 60 private rooms and one shared rooms across four individual houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Expansive gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors. You will be supported by our caring staff, plus have access to our own team of allied health professionals, including physios, OTs, podiatrists and social workers. Our therapy assistants run a range of activities for you to enjoy, held in our clubhouse. Plus at Brightwater The Oaks, you will have a choice of tasty and nutritious meal options approved by our speech pathologists and dietitians.

In addition to the residential care facility, 46 self-contained cottages for independent living are also located on site, with full access to Estia South Morang's activities and lifestyle program as well as its emergency call system.

A dedicated cognitive support unit is also part of Estia South Morang, and is specially designed to meet the needs of people with memory and cognitive care needs, including dementia, with residents benefiting from specially trained staff and a 7-day a week lifestyle and activities program.
