Langwarrin Community Aged Care will accept Government Supported and RAD paying residents. All rooms are single with private ensuite, individual heating/cooling and quality furnishings. There are interconnecting rooms for couples should they require. We have two areas dedicated to residents living with Dementia with a maximum of 18 residents in each Memory Support community. These areas will have dementia-specific programmes in place to assist and care for our residents. There are no Additional Service or Extra Service fees applied at this home.

Treeby Parklands Care Community is located opposite Calleya Park in Treeby, our aged care home has been designed to foster a sense of community with our spacious living areas and landscaped tranquil gardens, ideal for catching up with family and friends. Residents can choose to stay active at our onsite wellness centre, where a team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists support residents to achieve improved mobility, independence or overall wellbeing.
Our pet-friendly ‘Paws Café’ serves barista style coffee and delicious meals and snacks, and is a popular destination for our home and community.
We’re well connected with our local community and our retirement village neighbours join us regularly for a BBQ or morning tea.

Kubirri Aged Care Centre is a modern, spacious home designed in consultation with industry experts and the community. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet are close to the Mossman town centre and other services. The rooms are fully furnished with en-suite facilities. The open plan communal rooms extend to the sensory gardens. Home style meals and treats are prepared on-site daily and we cater for special dietary needs, likes and dislikes.
