We are very well located, just 200 metres from Maroubra Junction shopping centre and minutes from the coast. Bus services are available at the frontage on Maroubra Road.

Our independent living section includes 3 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom self-contained units set in a low-rise apartment block. These units offer comfortable accommodation and are in good condition. They have generous patios that significantly extend the living space. A 24-hour emergency call system is also in place.

The residential care service is contemporary and offers 40 low care places, all set around a courtyard garden. Our apartments all have pleasant outlooks with each apartment including a private en-suite, fan and heater.

Dudley Foord House is located in the modern residential area of The Ponds, adjacent to Anglicare’s retirement living village. Since opening in 2017, Dudley Foord House has been welcomed into the local community and is home to 104 residents. Incorporating innovative dementia design principles, it offers residents a range of recreational, social and health services. The innovative building design incorporates a ‘village-feel Main Street’, with shopfronts for services including a hairdresser and café.
Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, and dementia-friendly spaces. The courtyards contain chicken pens, bird houses and garden beds for residents to enjoy.
Dudley Foord House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.

Kensington Park is located in a lush park setting within the peaceful suburb of Kensington. Our safe and welcoming home includes tranquil gardens with beautiful outdoor walkways for residents and their visitors. Inside our 48-bed home, we have single and double rooms as well as spacious activity areas and lounge rooms.
