The tasks undertaken and areas to be maintained will be specified in the Service Plan developed with you during assessment. Home care is a basic maintenance service and should not be confused with a professional cleaning service. Our Direct Care Employees do not assist with tasks you are able to perform independently and only clean frequently used areas. We recommend you arrange your own spring cleaning occasionally in order to thoroughly clean your home and assist with cleaning under furniture if necessary.
Home Care is offered fortnightly as either a morning or afternoon service as we are unable to confirm a specific time. We therefore ask you keep this part of the day free from other commitments so if times do change you remain available.
