UCWB can assist you if you require short term services following a decline health. This may be because of an admission to hospital or recent surgery which you require time to recuperate from. These services are time limited as per your support plan developed by your Regional Assessment Service (RAS) Assessor or Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
