Our approach is to provide you with options so that you can
maintain control over your living environment, and your
life in general. We see the support that we offer as a way
of taking away the worry, so you can get back to doing the
things you love. If you choose ACH Group, we’ll work with
you, rather than taking over from you.

Our qualified, experienced staff are committed to working
with you to design a support plan that will meet your
specific needs.

We can provide support and assistance with vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of bathrooms and toilets. This service may also include dusting and assistance with laundry tasks. We will encourage you to participate in this service as much as possible.

We can provide short term support through the CHSP Domestic Assistance funding to help you remain happy, healthy and safe at home. Examples of our services are general house cleaning, washing, ironing and meal preparation.

Assisting with essential light house work tasks you are unable to do yourself, that maintain hygiene and safety standards in your home.
Short term or Ongoing;
No Linen;
People younger than 50/65 require evidence of receipt of a Commonwealth Pension; live alone; without resources to pay for a private contractor.
Services for frail, members of the community who need support in completing household tasks in order to remain living independently in their own homes.
The service is an entry level type “hygiene” clean where contractors employed by CHSA clean areas of a clients' home which are difficult for the client to do independently.
Maximum hours provided for Home Help is:
1.5 hours per fortnight for a house and 1 hour per fortnight for a small flat/unit.

Vacuuming/Sweeping of Floors
Mopping
Cleaning of Shower Alcove/Bath
Cleaning of Toilet/Hand Basin/Vanity.
Referrals are prioritised.
Consumers may be subject to a wait time for services.
