It’s what we call ageing well. UA Home Care Packages provide the support and services you need to remain living at home, safely and independently for as long as possible. Funded by the Australian Government, these packages can help you keep doing the things that are important to you, that bring you pleasure and help you stay connected to your community. Several levels of support are available and can assist people with either low level or high level care needs, including dementia. Level 2 packages are for people with low level care and support needs.

Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) is a not-for-profit community care organisation providing services to older people and their carers in Melbourne and greater Geelong. For 40 years, AMCS has put the needs of clients and their communities at the centre of everything we do.

AMCS supports older people from all cultural and linguistic backgrounds. With over 200 multilingual staff and 185 Volunteers, AMCS provides a suite of aged care services to support people living in the community. Services include Home-Care Packages and entry-level home support, information, referral and support services, mobile information-vans, social support groups, centre-based respite care and volunteer support,

These services are provided by Diversicare’s trained bilingual home care workers and take into account culture, language, and the needs of you and your family. Our carers speak a variety of languages and these include Spanish, German, Yugoslav, Samoan, Dutch, Vietnamese, Polish, Croatian and Chinese.

Australian Unity’s home services are suitable for older people who would like some extra support to get the most out of life.

We offer support with everyday activities like personal support, cleaning and gardening, as well as health care services delivered by qualified professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists and podiatrists.

Our friendly and dependable team will take the time to get to know you and tailor a support program to suit your individual needs. You’ll have a choice of team members to assist you and they will work with you as part of your expanded support team.
